Drucker– On Carving Success Out of Crisis

Peter Drucker would tell us that a crisis, more than a risk, is a great opportunity for an organization to strengthen. To grow stronger in crisis, Drucker would argue that all organizations – be they for-profit or social sector organizations –should carefully respond to four essential questions. How to name these questions and to respond artfully will be illustrated in this presentation.

Event Description
We celebrate the recent publication by McGraw-Hill of The Drucker Difference: What the World’s Greatest Management Thinker Means to Today’s Business Leaders. The book, which analyzes and extends Drucker’s most important ideas in the context of today’s turbulent business environment, was collaboratively written by Drucker School faculty.
Anecdotal background on the book’s genesis and development, with highlights and comments by Drucker faculty members. Come celebrate this momentous event for The Drucker School.
